Strength and motor control training is the answer and can be achieved in both shod and unshod populations

I think the barefoot thing has raised some very valid points around the modern running and casual shoes . I don't think running barefoot is the answer tho. It's something that isn't neccessary and takes well directed and monitored transition periods to move to which are generally not required. I think injuries of the feet are the result of a load exceedibg ones tissue stress threshold. Orthotics and possibly shoes will momentarily reduce the load at the feet but they do not address the cause

I mean, don't seek rationality in evrth man does. Man invented bicycle for reason, so should we stop walking ? Shoes were invented for rational reason, true, those shoes were sort of mocassins - not the shit they sell today, so use it when need to. Wearing shoes alters feet anatomy, which affects your whole body. So, don't call "plain stupid" what is not. Cause, in this case, the opposite is plain stupid.

The solution would be going back to prehistoric times, living in small tribes - where evrth was fair

But we don't need supporting shoes - supporting shoes have only existed for like 40 years and human beings have been running for thousands of years.
