2010 Fusion Hybrid Instrument Cluster Malfunction. We are having tons of issues with several systems regarding driveability and instrument cluster. The Driveability is more difficult to show but the instrument cluster is not. So after almost 5 months of issues........ The Tech Support Engineers at Ford refuse to believe ther is and issue when both the Dealership Service manager and Service tech explain what they have seenso......the video gets uploaded here. The latest issues have caused severe safety concerns due to braking and stalling but Ford wishes me to drive the car with a Black box attached. Even the black box seems to be malfunctioning. The same engineers also insist that because the system has not generated an error code there is nothing worng with my vehicle. This video should prove otherwise. You'd figure that with what Toyota is going through.....Ford would be taking the a different approach to issues like this.
