Here is how the adapter is used to adjust the record position on the platter to retreive the correct center of the groove.
No matter if the outer edge of the record then moves unbalanced !

Be sure to check my other videos to see more examples.

  • Hi my friend, thanks fr your message here.

The purpose of the notation on the 45 is to save the position of the adapter for future uses.

So you'll need approx 20sec the first time to get the correct center (by iterations) and only 4 seconds for all future plays using the notation on the record !

This allows you to deejay with these records if you did the notation at home first

I'd be glad to get your input !

    Best regards

  • Hi, received the 2 in 1 today..very nice! However in the tutorial video posted here, you have made a notation on the 45 itself. With the 1.5 and 3 notations on the adapter, what is the use or purpose of making the notation on the record itself? I can find that I can correct the off-centredness if i mess with it like in the video above, but what about DeeJaying at a gig? There will be little time to twist it to find the right groove, but I suppose that will be the challenge of it..let me know!
