This is called "Bizzare Twist" and is usually done with a finger move on the bottom of the cards to twist the 2 bottom cards 1/4 of a turn( wave ur hand back and forth a little to cover the move). This makes it look like the card flips over VISIBLY WITHOUT closing the cards up!
