if you want your battery to be save. Download " advanced task killer" and it kills all the apps that are in the background without you knowing like facebook updating the news feed. so its kills that. and it helps stop freezing and you have more battery life in the end. so you dont have to charge it so much. :]

Got this phone and activated it on April 9th. Have not had 3g since the activation, phone sometimes can take calls and can't. Been on the customer service line with Virgin Mobile 7 times, dealt with guys from India every time. All they did was have me reset the phone and give me the run around every time.
They escalated it and said they would call me back in 8 DAYS. Worst customer service experience in my life, I still don't have 3g access. Did a phone swap and still won't work.

@rb1523 You my want to try checking to see if virgin mobile offers 3g service in your area. I haven't any problems so far with my 3g service and i live in a area where all phone service reception can be pretty bad at times.
