@popcornPWRsource breathe in the on the first part, out on the return. Feet greater than shoulder width, although they can be pulled together for more of a calf stretch/ more challenge.

@tjhaz its less range of motion... it does not work everything regular push- ups do. it has a very limited range for the chest and triceps. it is strictly a flexibility exercise and not meant to be a strength/muscle building exercise. read up on combat conditioning by matt furey

So what's the proper breathing with this?I feel like the breathing's what's messing me up.Also, feet shoulder width apart of slightly further?

AT LAST a demonsration done correctly for these ie ELBOWS IN INDEED !! lots elbows out can easily cause muscle damage and in is more effective anyway. thanks for post steve.

In Bhujangasan, you don't lift your knees off the ground. Look at the exercise. This is Hindu Pushups.
