At one point in the video, you can see the woman's ovary on the right side of the screen with brown dots all over it. The dots were made during this surgery, "ovarian drillings" are to help achieve ovulation in women with PCOS, Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome.

This is a Laperoscopy procedure where there is a camera inserted through the belly button . Through another small incision, there are other tools inserted like the one you can see moving the uterus and ovaries. The Blue liquid is a dye injected through the cervix which you can not see in this video. you are looking at her uterus from the top, and the dye is being injected from the bottom. It's purpose is to see if the fallopian tubes are blocked.

uh, this doesn't look like a uterus. it looks like an alien baby trying to break out.

this doesn't look like a uterus, it looks like I felt after a long nite of drinking in college

@berniedmj1 They are showing the outside of the uterus using a lap you can very clearly see both O's, large intesti and Uterus

This is not a hysteroscopy!! That's too much stuff to have in a uterus?!? The uterus is typically smooth maybe with small growth inside. Maybe the stomach??

I can see the mesosalpinx!! :D
Would be more helpful if there was audio describing what we were seeing. Also the title is incorrect. This is not a hysteroscopy. This is a laparoscopy like the submitter comment shows.
