@jKRAMER001 Try using the trim plugin. It should override the automation allowing you to add gain volume to your track. You might have figured that out. so im just passing on what i learned.

@vanceperry When using the gain function in the audiosuite, it creates another unnecessary audio file every time you need to make an adjustment. Just use the trim plugin. Well, that is what I do.

once i've made an adjustment to volume via automation, i can't change the fader at all on the mixing window, have you ever heard of this before? i have pro tools le 8 as well
