Build a school Mbelekete Malawi

Welcome to Mbelekete village, 2 hours north of Lilongwe in Malawi- the "Warm Heart of Africa."
This village, like many others in Malawi, is desperate to have a proper school so children can have a brighter future.
There are over 250 students aged from 5 to 11 who need proper classrooms to receive a state education.
With no hope of raising the £40,000 needed for the 5 classrooms we have teamed up with the chief of the village to realise their dream.

With your support you can help the people of Mbelekete get the building materials and labour needed for their new school.
They have the land and teachers will be provided by the government once the new school is completed.
You can choose how to support this wonderful project.
You can buy bricks, timber, roofing or even labour- just a small amount will cover a week's wages for a local brick-layer.
An architect has produced the drawings and costed the project.

Jack is a successful local builder and a close friend of the villagers.
He has completed several building projects in Malawi and has worked closely with the architect to make sure this project will be a success.
