there is nothing untoward here. that was a reasonable arrest. many YT videos show complete asshole arrests. this was not one of them.

HONESTLY how would u say is Excessive? they are making a simple arrest. yer i admit maybe the guy placing one foot on his ankle is un needed but you dont know what is going on.. how can you honestly comment on something when you dont know... there is no violence towards the old!

by the police doing this and being as aggressive as they are they are showing how little empathy they have, they could have simply asked him to turn around and and clasp his own hands behind his back, failing that one grown police officer could simply push him against the wall in the background and hand cuff him, he is clearly in no condition to resist any physical force which makes all of this unneccery!
