Took some time off for the holidays, but I'm back!

On the rendering front, I added in automatic spritesheet baking, the layer/parallax system, and some other tweaks to the texture class to help curb memory issues. Nothing fancy.

Most of what I've been working on lately has been PlayerIO integration: the multiplayer API I'll be using for the competitive multiplayer modes. In the past, I've used SmartFox Server, but I've been hearing good things about PlayerIO and wanted to give it a shot. I've got all the basics up and running, but there's still a lot of polishing left.

I've also been doing some tweaking to the current special abilities. I'm very happy with how the Glider is working, and I'm happy with the primary function of the Spring Boots, but I'd like to do some more work to the wall-jumping functionality. I'm still not entirely happy with the Rolling Stone.

Anyway, busy day, so I've gotta keep this short. I've started talking with a couple of the artists I've worked with, and I'd like to start working on some real assets for a level to use as a style reference / demo. No promises on when, but it's coming soon, hopefully!
