18+ Extra cars , one new track... Online Connection Required?

I don't have online connection, so does that mean that i can't get those extra cars and that track?! Please Answer!!!

@GERSilver92 one thing I hate about the driving is that codemasters made the same stupid mistake like EA Games did 2 times - you can only turn left if you slow down. But I got used to it and I simply love Grid. My cousin was right when he said that it kicks ass.
