My name is Kate Swaffer, and I live in South Australia, Australia. This is my true story about being diagnosed with a younger onset dementia, probably Semantic Dementia. It is a hideous disease that is terminal, debilitating and challenging to live with.

For more information, check out my blog: http://kateswaffer.wordpress.com/daily-blog/

  • that was such an emotional insight into the condition and into you, my thoughts are with you, you must be so scared but hang on in there, science is progressing so quickly. Is there anything at the moment that you can do to relieve the symptoms/slow progression? I hope you're well :) xx
