This is Push Up Board Challenge #1. Sprinter Lunges (Knee touch the
ground), Halfmoon Push up (Stay Low), Bear Squat (Heels touch the
ground), Scorpion Push up(Chest Touch the Board), Pike Push ups(Head
Touches the Ground), Russian Punps. Keep moving watch your form.

  • I have had the push up board for two weeks now. Every time I train with it I discover more ways to engage additional muscle and heighten neurological function. it is much more than doing push ups per se. It is more like a full bodyworkout including core, chest, back and arms, as well as increased spinal and hip mobility. Brilliant.

  • I just received one of these. I am already able to see and feel the benefits of having my hands and wrists in a much more stable and ergonomic position. It is very nicely designed and very well crafted.

  • @tatichamp were you trying to say muscle 'confusion'?...because muscles don't get confused, that's the job of the nervous system...

  • I just built one of these for about $1.00 worth of scrap lumber. They're a pretty good training tool!

  • Plan on getting one on my birthday. Just working to condition my body better before then

  • Badass pushup variations and set you just did. There was a few i never even knew about, like the half moon pushup. Its similar to a hindu or divebomber but the twist is unique. Gonna use some of them, thanks for posting that vid demo.
