i agree wholeheartedly. every one of the black keys albums has had a song or two of a softer macabre nature (Lies, the Lengths), however with Keep it hid, its the inverse. Most of the songs are less heavy with the exception of the opening tracks. Perhaps this is where the title of the album comes from?

I think songs like you're the one, i cry alone and the flame all illustrate this side of dan clearly, this song could be a keys track really...not disagreeing, just my opinion.

This must be one of my favourite tracks on the album, if not my favourite. So weird that this album isn't getting more attention. Such a great album! One of the best I've heard in a long time.

Forget attention. Its getting all the attention it needs. We all realize the beauty. The way the music industry is going right now its reverting back to the days where special albums werent shoved down everyone's throat and we can all appreciate the album as if it was made to be appreciated....Im very , happy having an amazing secret such as Dans music
