Thanks for the detailed instructions. I am never able to get a good hold that lasts more than a couple of days for some reason. I'm currently testing different adhesives now.

@fluxieome The initial cleansing helps keep the lace frontal on because it removes oils, makeup and other substances that can stop the glue adhesion. Lace wigs do not stick when oil is around.

How long can you keep a lace wig on? Do you have to remove it every week to wash your own hair?

@Rachelsc26 When wearing adhesive glue, most people prefer Ultrahold Glue, the manufacturer says 6 week hold time. Most people forget about their natural hair because the lace wig looks so natural, but it is recommended to take the wig off at least every 2 weeks so that you may wash and care for your natural hair.
