Equipment Review: Best Fire Extinguishers

Kitchen fires are a serious matter, and you need something safe, reliable, and easy to use to extinguish them quickly. Senior editor and testing guru Lisa McManus put several fire extinguishers to the test at the "Burn Building" at the Worcester Massachusetts Fire Department. She suited up, put things on fire, and saw which extinguishers could handle the heat.
