Hey guys, I hope you can help me out with this one.
I'm an ectomorph, and I've been told I should work out 2 to 2 times a week so my muscles can rest in between the days. So what do I do? Is it safe to do these exercises every day?

im on anti depressents my practioner advised me to workout. but it has been a long time im on antidepressents even now. i feel very weak and im 28 . need some advice
im overweight due the drugs. i get tired very soon. will this home workout help me in any way??

@retropancakeful I think its 30 sec for each exersize and the most intensity you can do for each
