  • My family and I train at a local Pro-Star MMA school. They are very motivational but also fun with the kids and adult classes. I think these are the guys who created the curriculum that my instructors use. It's very good.

  • Good stuff. I like to see it when people point out the difference between kickboxing and MMA.
