I love how by analyzing the piece in a critical way makes people think they're actually better than the composer himself or that the piece is below them. ugh

Love Hamelin. Love Alkan. But don't think this piece, given its length, has much structrual coherence.

10 times? wow, even more than me! Well, it is a rather long piece, and does have a main tune.. so it must have some repetition
