@Thugforlife333 The name of the song is 'Burn' and basically, it's about the discrimination you suffer from if you're from the ghettos or if you're african/arabic in the conservative french society. It is also a warning - the word 'Brûle' (burn) points to how the suburbs boil with anger that might one day burst, like it did in the (mostly) Parisian suburb riots of 2005.
