Anyone who believes the Constitution is a living document, should be run out of office. If words don't mean the same in their intention, from generation to generation, then, throw the Constitution away...you make it mean anything you want. This woman believes the Constitution "breathes"...please see other postings where she is called on the carpet for this LIBERAL interpretation.
