Gay Men Repellent

I don't know why you have this problem with repelling men. You're a good looking guy! I suffer from the same affliction... I can't get men to look in my direction at all. Well, I can't say that entirely, gay men over the age of 70 seem to think I'm the bomb diggity. Younger gay or bi men seem to be shy away. Am I just too much man for them? I dunno... I tend to jump to the conclusion that it's because I'm black that I skurr men away, but I'm quickly learning that it is not the case anymore. But now I have no idea what keeps them away. When the only person in a gay chat room that is willing to go on a "date" with me is the "straight guy" who lurks about, there's a problem, right?

I go to the bars and the Bucket Listers all turn, but the younger guys ignore me because they already have boyfriends that have their same name or look exactly like them. Narcissistic bastards!

If you can't get a date in high school then where's the hope that the rest of us can get dates? AHHHHH!!! One day our princes will come...

LMAO! Man, I'm in the same boat. I've been single and virtually dateless for 6 years now. I've got the "anywhere-but-where-you-are-it­is" AND I'm black and attract mostly older (usually white) guys over 40. But other than that, the only (local) guys interested in me are the ones I'm not interested in, and vice versa. Any time we BOTH like each other, it doesn't go anywhere due to bad timing/circumstances. I feel like God keeps playing pranks on me, and I almost don't trust him/her/it anymore. LOL

I feel  your pain. In my case...I see a shrink and take my meds. LOL

I came out late in life and it's either guys 20 years older or 20 years younger than me. I don't want to change diapers either way. :P. I'ts very discouraging I know.

Not true, depends on how attractive or goodlooking that "black guy" is or someone's preference. I lived in WeHo and I've seen a lot of (very goodlooking) black men with white or latino men. From my own personal experience I get hit on all the time mostly by white men. By me being masculine, muscular, having been in the military (Marine), let's face it, that appeals to a lot of gay men regardless of race, just saying.

i'm having a hard time finding that special man in my life. What's bad is that I've managed to have sex with guys and none of them wanted to be my boyfriend. Of course, i almost did get into a relationship with someone this year or a couple of years back because we were chatting off of the internet. Now today I found out that this one black guy is dropping my name like a bomb or something around one of my friends as a way to get girls. WTF?!

So true, I have the same problem. But, I've concluded that the 'problem' is not with myself, but with 95 percent of the fucked up population. So that makes me feel better. Dude, there's nothing wrong with you- hang in there Bud!
