Do you compete in anything with your horse? What commands or aids do you use to get your horse moving and transition from a walk to a trot? I'm usin' a crop right now with limited success.

Most of the horses I ride are the ones I trained before my accident. So usally I can just cluck to them and they will trot. I have been competing in ranch horse trail classes. I can compete pretty good at it
