Young people from across North Yorkshire took to the track, the pool and the pitch in a celebration of sporting talent on Sunday at the Leeds Trinity North Yorkshire Youth Games.
Leeds Trinity & All Saints was the headline sponsor for the event, now in its tenth year. The games are organised by North Yorkshire Sport with support from Sport England as well as district and borough councils across the county.
Ampleforth College hosted the event, offering a huge variety of activities ranging from orienteering, cross country and gymnastics to cricket, girls football, rugby league, rugby union, hockey, netball, tennis, cheerleading, boccia, kurling, sports hall athletics and swimming.
