This video was done several years ago and I actually don't use my pulleys much any more as I have found it more effective to just do all my specific arm strength on roller skis.

Those wind-trainers (in the video) are all custom built, but I also built my own out of bike parts, and it actually works quite well.

Nice video but the view of those cliffs at the beginning is vertiginous.
