I think that they're just saying the song can be either title, shiksa or girlfriend, not that shiksa means girlfriend

"Shiksa" doesn't mean "girlfriend" at all!!

It is the Yiddish word for "female abomination", ie: a gentile (non-Jewish) woman.

It's in fact an extremely disturbing word showing Jewish racism in pop-culture.
