  • k see ya.

  • He's teaching you how to depth jump, not how to jump higher. Landing is important. Stop acting like idiots and talking shit, this is a high intensity plyometric exercise, IT IS gonna make you jump higher if you give it time and exercise the right way, it's gonna enhance your stretch-shortening cycle and work on reactive strength.

  • Plyometric Death Jump?

  • Hey look, it's Georges St Pierre! :D

  • can we see this guy dunk first...

  • @lordvoldemort578 im i didnt know about 40 yard dash at that time, but i did run faster. you should do weights first before do this exercise.

  • who do this ? thumbs up

  • @sanosukeX2 I hear people say Power cleans get you explosive and it transfers to sprinting So im confused...

  • @lordvoldemort578 personally, i don't think weights is really important for sprinting, i'd put a greater emphasis on plyometrics

  • @lordvoldemort578 well if you want to sprint, do plyos first as warm up and go straight to sprinting. On the other days do the plyo and weights. change between the two: plyo weight and plyo sprint

  • @sanosukeX2 So Do Plyometrics First and then Do weights and rest a day or two and do sprints?

  • @lordvoldemort578 depends what order you them. When you do plyometrics and are training power and speed specifically, do plyometrics first then progress to weights.doing this, you get a better power workout whereas, if you did weights before plyos, you are working on your strength more. Mix around with these and alternate to train both strength and power.
