So sorry that Whiskey had to go on ahead of you. Beautiful dog and what a nice song to dedicate to him. There is never the right words to comfort one who has lost a loved one. Just know there are others who feel the pain and loss.

Thank you for sharing him! It's uncanny how alike Whisky and our Gallo are! Dalmations are really smart and so insync with us humans, and I love their wonderful sense of humor. Gallo is 11, and just like Whisky, he's given us more joy than we ever expected!

I'm so sorry you lost your dalmatian. I, too, lost my beloved dalmatian, Jake on 15 Feb. 2009. The void will never be filled. He so went beyond dog, he was an angel borrowing dog clothing. I pray I see him once again at that Rainbow bridge. I hope you see your Whiskey too. Your Whiskey looks so much like my Jake.

Thanks again, nice to hear how alike they were, give our love to Gallo , hope you have many more good years with him and hope he lives as long a life as any doggy can. Your comments have been very comforting ty

Thank you kindly for your comment, Whisky was a handsome boy, and he knew it !!!... due to the bitches that always followed him home, he had many friends that miss him, just like we do every day still. Amazing you spotted that he was a brownie, most ppl thought he was black/ white. anyhoo nice to know ppl like you understand and care enough to leave nice feedback .. thanks :) i smile and feel proud of him now as always did.

What a beautiful tribute to your handsome boy! I'm so sorry for your loss .
I have 2 that are in spotted heaven with him & 3 that share my life now. Two of them are 'brownies' like Whisky. Dals are such special dogs & leave such an emptiness in us when they leave.
I'm very sorry for your loss. We lost our beautiful girl, Gwen this week. She was a 12.5 yr old dalmation. We're still so deeply hurt by the loss.

@cbr1100xxrules Thank you for your comments they are most welcome, sorry to hear about Gwen, hope she didn`t suffer in any way. 12.5 aint too bad tho, but i guess you`d gladly have another 50 yrs if you could. Anyhoo thanks and R.I.P Gwen

@biglift1 Sorry to hear poor Harry has the same condition as Whisky had, we hope he will do ok on the renal dog food. For any dog to get to age 17 is amazing, we also hope he will live a good life for many years more.
