@kealyc they were tested in the final, if the TMO had given a try, which he easily could have, being so close that either decision would be legitamate, then things may have been different, SA deserved to win, though as a pom it is hard to say, but they didnt have it easy, especially not in the 2nd half of the final

SA's victory in the 2007 world cup was deserved. Unfortunately, they were not really tested in that competition. NZ fell asleep in an easy group and then lost to France. France then lose to England, who had already lost 36-0 to SA in a group match. None of RWC 2007 made much sense to me. Lucliky, the most consistent team won, and that was the Boks.

@davidthechode Spies is hardly a cheat mate. I think you should reevaluate what your definition of cheat is because that guy is not one. There are other players in the springbok forwards that are a lot more deserving of that title. Jean De Villiers is a bloody awesome player. Would love a player like him in my team.
