Johanna Thompson explains a Rand/Reich-centric universe for the exhibition "Ayn Rand| Wilhelm Reich" at Essays and Observations, Berlin, February 2011.
Is there perhaps a bigger dualism / transcendentalism VS. materialism-issue here, or is there a misunderstanding of Wilhelm Reich when assimilating his views with New Age "spiritualism" ? Or maybe i misunderstood the whole thing :D
It would be fun to hear how that "true transcendent spirituality" could be at least defined if not really grasped in the realm of experience. Is that kind of spirituality possible in a materialistic universe or is it a wholly dualistic concept? And also - how do you define "egoistical" if you apply that term to Wilhelm Reich - the man who examined human possibilities for love (the ultimate "non-egoism"?) in the realm of biology?
who are you? your talk seems right on.
