Because it makes female characters more realistic. It's what they at RL say. So they added wobbling bones in the breasts. And if bones in breasts make thing more realistic, by all means, do it! I am a woman myself and know well how un-real is feels when my breasts do not wobble, feels like alien breasts.
Strange that Short Fuse did not realize how such a feature helps with film making.
is it not wonderful how programmers can do this? the question we have to ask is: "why?"
