Beyond Reality - Survivor Tocantins Recap 3/12/09
Last time Sandy went home. Stephen & Taj find the Jalapao idol & Sierra & Brendan finally talk about their alliance.
Reward challenge - Played in rounds - 1st team to win three rounds wins reward. 2 people face off per round. 1 tribe member spins another on a giant sit 'n spin then must go across a balance beam without falling. Reward is a trip to the Charmin cafe - complete with pastries, coffee & a toilet. Exile island for 1 of each tribe. Jalapao wins reward by a score of 3 rounds to 1 & picks Brendan to go to exile & he picks Stephen.
The Charmin cafe was amazing & Jalapao got letters from home as well. Tyson & Coach realize Brendan needs to be the next one to go. Exile - Stephen likes Brendan but doesn't know if he can trust him. Spencer is gay.
Immunity challenge - 1 member from each team launches balls 1 at a time. 4 from each team try to catch them in nets. First team to catch 5 wins immunity. JT loses a tooth while playing. Brendan catches 2, JT catches 4, but Tyson wins immunity for Timbura by catching three for a team score of 5-4. Taj confronts Joe. At Tribal Council Spencer & Taj feel like they're probably going home. Taj tells Joe & everyone she doesn't have the idol. No idol is played & Spencer is voted off by a at least 4 votes. Next Survivor in 2 weeks on a Weds night - looks like a recap show with some crazy Coach moments.

I just wonder. No need to take offense, that is not my intent, BUT....the younger girl seems to always be coughing. Is there a terminal illness?

I love your commitment to reality shows, I love your mother-daughter show. I just worry about her and wondered if everything is ok. If it has been addressed in other post then I apologize that I don't bother to read what most have to say. Both of you are great though.
