Guard Yourself is a play on words of the commercial advertising the use of the HPV shot for young women, Gardasil. Gurad Yourself is all about practicing abstinence to preventing unwed pregnacies, and much more. Guard Yourself shows women how to truly "Be One Less" simply by making the choice God would want you to make.
It's videos like this that highlight the similarities between Christian and Muslim fundamentalists.

HPV lives on SKIN.
ashastdDOTorg/hpv/hpv_learn_fastfactsDOTcfm
•Genital HPV is spread through skin-to-skin contact, not through an exchange of bodily fluid.
•Latex condoms can reduce--but not totally eliminate--the risk of HPV transmission.
•This virus is often asymptomatic -- people usually don't know they have it.

@charismaticace Its not that people get offended if you are practising or advocating abstinence, its that generally when there is talks about it those who are in favour of it want to see schools teach only abstinence and it usually has religious roots. If your going to be abstinent great, just be smart about it, realize that people often are unsuccessful at it so buy some condoms for back up just in case.

ONLY USE A FUCKING CONDOM
stupid American religious people...

@charismaticace I think because guilt causes defensiveness and the truth hurts. It's easier to point fingers at the few doing the right thing for being "weird" than to admit that you and the world (you can interpret that religiously or not) are wrong.

There was a study done by Yale on the topic of Abstinence. It found that girls who are taught it become sexually active at about the same time. The only main difference between girls who practice abstinence and those who don't was that girls who practice it, are more likely to get pregnant or an STD as they won't practice safe sex when they do engage in intercourse.

Abstinence rules and is the secret to survival.
Non, abstinent people have to deal with being used, abused, taken advantage of, depression, fear, anxiety, abandonment, pregnancy, abortion, strange infections, std's you can't get rid of and deadly sexually transmitted disease-abuse.
Phew, that's too much, time to go back to abstinence, it's much simpler, easier and with all the burdens mentioned above out of the way, life will be somewhat easier to deal with, it's hard enough as it is!

Why are so many people offended, for want of a better word, when they see people practicing/advocating abstinence?
