@abdakbar Philippians 2 states that"He did not consider equality with God as something to be grasped, but emptied Himself..." Does this not imply and maybe even greater than that, demand that before He became human flesh He was God. Fterall there is no one equal to God, but God alone. To accept some of Scripture I must be willing to accept all of it.

This is exactly what I've been struggling to do lately. I need to surrender it all to God, and He will take care of it. My life has been meaningless without Him, giving it all back to God would give me all joy, purpose, and eternity. I can't believe what I've been keeping myself from. I surrender it all to God again, this is not my life, I am so blessed to even be given a day. I am not guaranteed anything in this life, and God is my sole provider for everything I so thankfully have

@dcgirl2011 - AMEN.. It is great that you admit this.. So many, even I, have times where my focus is off God.. Stuggles and worries have done the same with me lately.. I have been convicted just recently of so much.. I am so blessed. Blessed for missionaries to spread the rich Gospel to the poor.. Praise our Holy Father. We are living proof of God. I am thankful for your comment and for you dear Sister. With Christ love, Liz.. I pray that you continue to grow with the Lord!!
