Yeah I prefer the zombies who move slow in this one , compared to the 2004 remake or the ones in 28 days later and 28 weeks later. BTW all great movies!

I wish the full soundtrack to this movie was released. I really just want the music from 3:29-4:09, its the music I mainly remember from the movie, and its not even on the "Dawn of the Dead: The Unreleased Incidental Music" soundtrack.

Well, Dario Argento's cut has a full soundtrack. It shares a lot of the same music as Romero's own version, including the track you're talking about. I'm pretty sure it's available on Amazon. I hope that was useful.
