Music is from simcity 3000.I lost weeks of sleep with that game.

EA can make games but they have to focus on on one thing not thousands. Look what they have done man. The sport games for the pc has never been graphical improved since 2003.
And further: They make games far to childish. A very serious and realistic game has been ruined by some idiots at EA because they wanted it to be more 'playable for everyone'. Wtf man, its playable for babies, and the engine sucks. Really poor and boring buildings.

Oh the hours and hours I heard that song playing sim city 4, or was that sim city 3 music? Anywho old memories, just pre ordered cities.

The graphics in simcity 4 were based on an isometric viewing angle, thus allowing slower computers the ability to view many buildings at once. Although this sold copies it offered limited range when viewing large parts of an entire city at once, and made for dungeon or dark tunnel areas of a the city to come through. The graphics in Cities XL will be superior to SC4....Just my 2 cents

Damn...if only the Cities XL music would sound like the Sim City 3000 / Sim City 4 soundtrack (or maybe both). Right now there is some crappy music going on during the gameplay videos, information videos and teaser trailers.
They should get a really good soundtrack composer to make the experience even more epic e.g: Jeremy Soule
(NOTE: Not saying the actual game is crap, saying the music is crap...then again I could always turn it off and use my iTunes)

You wouldn't know, it hasn't even been released yet. The graphics on simcity 4 are better than this game, in my opinion. This game does go a bit farther with variable transportation, but still doesn't appeal enough to me considering the graphics are unsatisfactory

The graphics are amazing- i also think you are taking a direct shot at Sim City by putting the Sim City 3000 theme with it- but none the less- it looks great and i cant wait to try it out

i didn't really have any implications with the tune, it was just the only tune short enough and appropriate to the video
