  • I want to share a great book to you guys that explains how REO works. The book is called "REO BOOM" has step by step procedures on REO's I hope you guys find this book helpful like I did. Check it out and become a successful REO listing agent in 2012

  • Love those scripts. Thanks dirk

  • @chrispmv im intrested in becomeing a real estate agent do you get paid well? and how long did you have to atend school to become one

  • You forgot one question a buyer should be asking. "Is now a good time to buy and are you really representing my best interests?"

  • Hey buddy how about buying a suite from the 21st century. Next remove yourself from that god awful red. Looks like your on the set of a 70's Johnny Carson show. Just some ideas

  • Excellent advice. I've been an agent (now broker) for 5 years and I still remember what my first sales manager told me: "Do anything that makes money." Thats it, all I got, zip. Haha, that alone is the worst advice I've ever had. Things are so competitive now that your own office will conspire against you if you're not careful. Be sure to read up on laws/practices/processes and choose a firm with good reviews, high sales, good character and excellent training.

  • Dirk, you are the best, I have read all your books and I am a big fan.

But I have to say I keep waiting for you to say, I am waiting for " MY WIFE, MORGAN FAIRCHILD"

  • Fantastic!! Thank you :)

  • You can save time by emailing homes to them and they pick the ones they like. Let them pick 5 homes . Yes you ask what they are looking for , price ect., I walk them through all the steps as we move on to each step.
