depends on the boat. some are alot heavier on the back and dont go down that mutch(aka the rim is not higher then your tip so theres no room for your head)
i still want to try this roll. yet i cant figure out how to do it(and i am indeed trying it in a polo boat)

@jakematheny Yeah, when i first learned this roll, i'd hit my head once in a while. Eventually you'll get a feel for your hip timing and you'll stop rushing with your upper body. Wear a helmet in the meantime! :)
