  • really nice video. but please change Palisut to "Palusot" thats the right terminology.

  • I have seen it spelled three different ways. With the hundreds of islands that make up the country, and the hundreds of different dialects, it is tough to say which one is the correct one. Thank you for watching.

  • The only consistancy in FMA terminology is the agreement that there is no consistancy in the terminology. I think that technically this is also a "sumbrada." Which could also be a "sombrada." Or any other spelling you could probably imagine. :P

  • Ha, you're right. I have had instructors call Tapi drills, Sumbrada drills and Palisut drills all the same thing and each called them different things. I just tend to go with the first way I learned it. Good observation though. It really just seems to be what island you are from, and even more importantly, what system you came up in. I don't really worry about it anymore though. Thanks for watching.
