Welcome to Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, home of Klub Novi Most.

Walk the streets of Mostar for more than five minutes and youll see building work. There are old buildings being renovated, there are new constructions shooting up.

Building is a sign of life, and of progress. But more important than the pretty paint and shiny windows are the lives of the people that live, work and play in this city.

Novi Most is committed to helping the people of Mostar build lives with purpose. It is investing in individuals to bring lasting change in the community.

Mistakes can be made if buildings are built too fast, with poor materials, or too many corners are cut; mistakes we dont want to make as we work with people.

Thats why Novi Most works with young people all year round. The team based at Klub in Mostar provide a place and a programme that challenges and motivates young people to think differently about their future.

But we know what a difference visiting a city like Mostar can make: to you and to the people youll meet. Thats why this summer were giving you the opportunity to join with the local team and be part of building something to last in Mostar.

If youre flexible, motivated and ready to work in a cross-cultural context where English is not always spoken then being part of the Novi Most summer programme could be for you. Maybe you have a skill you can teach, maybe you just love working with young people. If you think you have what it takes wed love to hear from you.




The Novi Most summer programme begins at the end of June. You can join us for two weeks through to mid-August.
