I gained 2 pounds this month but I got my restriction back and hope to reach my goal of 160 on my birthday on March 31st.
I also talk about tricking the band

you can do it i sent you a comment a while a go and i lost 40 pounds on my own my sister says i can lose it all by myself but im not sure i have the mettings with the doctors on monday

i lost a ton of weight when i discovered how much fun mountain biking is, my GF took notice right away and we got her one. i lost 60 lbs and now at my ideal weight and she's dropped 75... i discovered that i can eat all the ice cream and pizza and cheese burgers i want... i never went in to it with any expectations, i just wanted to have fun and everything else is a byproduct. you're still young, give it a try, see if it's fun.

Hey Becky! I just wanted to pop in and say hello- I am new to this community, and am WAY pre-op, but have been gathering as much info as possible in all of the blogs and vlogs out there. I just finished watching all of your vlogs today, and wanted to tell you what an inspiration you are- Thank you, and congrats on all your hard work paying off. Oh, and Sophie is adorable!!
