In the eight days from Oct. 21-29, 2011, crews made pretty quick work of demolishing the Alaskan Way Viaduct and opening a new mile-long section of SR 99.     now watch all those dump trucks carry their loads w/o covering it, inducing rock chips in the paint and window cracks. This should be better enforced.....wsdot?
