Training at Zealous Nation MMA with head coach Oleg Savitsky, Vladimir comes through to his old friend's gym to keep his skill up to par.
KahL-One Film Productions was invited for a short shoot on his experience there. Which contained grappling technique and padwork.

Sambo helps.. Good submissions, balance and striking.. it is a good base.. The only big flaw we have seen from Sambo guys in MMA lately is the inactivity when they are put on their back..
