More dodgy playing for you but, this time i'm using my trusty Boss GT5.

I've had this bad boy for 12 years and i still love it.
guitar plugged into the GT5, GT5 direct into the input of my PC

Ignore the ropey playing, i just thought id share the tone....but dont forget, Its all in the fingers!!

  • There are far better players out there than me, too! Who cares? - I've listened to all 2 hours of Yngwie Malmsteen Live (only once), and though he's a great player, he doesn't really get taste, light and shade, does he? So - like your playing, and please keep putting it out there. Thanks, Dean

  • @deantallhat I agree about Yngwie, as good as he is i just can't listen to him. he is just speed and no substance. but again, thanks for your kind words, if i get around to doing an album i'll let you know. cheers mate

  • Flame wars aside, I like your music. Have you collected your stuff together into an album, and where can I buy a copy?

Thanks, Dean (also a guitar player)

  • @deantallhat Hi, thanks for the kind words. i don't have an album and i don't plan on making one. I don't think my guitar playing is worth listening to really. Far Far better players out there than me! Thanks again though! :)

  • Imagine blocking someone for telling the truth...what a tosser

  • @batteredornaments What's worse tho is the fact you probably have two accounts so you can still be a prick to anyone who blocks you....dick

  • awesome sound congrat!

  • @ixcuix Back it up by plugging GT5 Midi out to computer Midi in and recording a sysex dump to your sequencer or the free patch editor. Then reverse the process once you've changed the battery.

  • @leeislee if you take the cases off the gt3 and the gt5 you will find the same handfull of components arranged in a slightly different configuration... I used the gt5 for years until it recently died whilst on tour ...the only quick replacement I could get was a loaned gt3 ...and I ended up buying it...the sounds are every bit as good as the 5 and it also has a few extra goodies.....since ending the tour I recently bought a used gt8 (which also uses the same few components....Batt
