A very cool little moped, it's 50cc's and pretty rare to see one in such good shape. especially an early model like this!

  • if that doesn't catch your fancy, you can always put some fuel on a small spray bottle, unscrew the spark plug, spray a good amount of fuel in there, put the plug in, again don't touch the choke or the throttle as it will choke the engine. then kick, and it will start right away and, at worst, run for three seconds on that fuel that you sprayed in there. that three seconds equals like 100 kicks and is much more comfortable=)

  • Yes definitely, I've used that method many times. usually when I've been running it it'll start fine, I just hate having to remove the spark plug because that means I have to search for 20 minutes to find a spark plug wrench because I can never find one around here :P

  • never store a 2 cycle with gas/oil mix in the tank...always run it till its dry and then store it

  • Good God!!!!!! i just got mine today and the whole damn tank is rusted! i wish the previous owner knew to run it dry!

  • I had to get my tank coated because it was all rusted inside

  • this is oil injected.

  • gee when i clean the carb on that thing it starts on the second kick.. lol

  • @trebay101 they're pretty comfy and good quality, they're not very fast, like maybe 30-35 MPH max, but good for zipping around town

  • im getting a qt50 soon. is it good quality? last long? lke are they comfy to ride lmk please

  • You put 2 stroke oil in the oil tank (Black cap) and straight gas in the fuel tank. Yamaha reccoments Yamalube oil, but any 2 stroke oil will work. look online to find where you can get rings.

  • i have a 85 i think do u know were i can get rings for it and what type of oil do i put in the tank and do i put strait gas in the fuel tank? please get back to me thanks

  • just kick start

  • is it a pump-up spring start like the Honda Express, or are you just kick starting ?

  • Well i threw some gravel and diesel in there and it cleared up pretty good after shaking it for a pew hours. But i sold it now anyways:)
