Well, it would depend on who's playing the roles. If the kid is a good actor for his age, and can portray middle age, then it's fine. But it really really difficult. I'm 22 years old and I've been in high school, community shows where I've played middle aged men. It is really difficult, but it is possible. And besides, it's high school, and there is risk involved when your doing a show like this with young people.

I all honesty, this is one of the better performences of the play on YouTube. I prefer it to the B&W version from Beckett Directs Beckett.
