Glad I'm not alone! :) I prefer John with Marlena, obviously, but John and Gina were fun, and I love anything to do with John's past. John/Stefano scenes are *always* good, too, and there were some good ones in that storyline.

i still have this episode. I loved the angst of the Princess Gina/Hope brainwashing. Only DOOL can get away with this.

This is during a time when Kristian experimented with breast implants (long since removed now) and had obvious collagen implants to her lips. This is also before KA began her sad struggle with anorexia...in other words, she was smokin hot during this storyline.

@Fasuki1 Actually, I'm quite sure she was pregnant at this point. I know she was pregnant in real life when she was held captive in the turret. So her breasts might be quite natural.

@StefanoFan27 In 1997-1998 Hope started searching for answers about her past.. In January 1999 Hope was transformed into Gina, and was so until mid November. Then the real Gina went to Salem, and she was killed on New Years Eve 1999-2000. For The rest of 2000 it was all about finding the real Hope, and then of course next came the whole baby-switch storyline that lasted forever :P

@Marblessa Why was she looking for answers about her past? She didn't have any secrets. Wasn't she adopted by Julie after her real mom was committed or something? But Doug was her real dad I believe.

@Kramona Hope was looking for answers about her past, or I should say, her missing years. 1990-1994, in the years she lived with the imprint of Gina.
