Thank you to everyone who applied for the YouTube Next Chef program! We got so many excellent applicants, but unfortunately only had space for 16 YouTube partners. If you weren't selected this time around or forgot to apply, we are going to be launching many other programs in the near future for our YouTube partners around the world.

Perhaps with all of this incredible talent, of which these 16 choices are a very small representation, it's time for YouTube to add a "Food & Cooking" category. It's been suggested by a number of people, including myself, and IMHO it's way past due.

all the 16 "Youtube next chefs" are small channels there videos get what..? 3000 views (in fact some less than that). EPIC MEAL TIME just look into the views they got like 5 million in every video so I think they don't need help from "Youtube Experts to increase there views" and this is a helping program not a competition
