What scares me more than anything?

Weighing myself - I hate it. So why am I so obsessed with it? I don't know. I'm just hoping the answer will be found in my journey, so to speak.

Anyways,

Day 3 is not any easier - I think its almost harder than day 1. Please tell me it gets easier...anyone?

Woke up with a headache this morning and just had no motivation for anything - went shopping, however, found a super cute dress - and suddenly, I started feeling better...is that weird? haha. I love it.

So...

Got back from the mall and target - omg. how fun right? And went out to eat at the chicken cafe with my momma - so really...I am feeling MUCH better and alive. Actually, I am going to be going to a funnn strip aerobics class in about an hour - so I got cute little booty shorts and heels and of course, a new g just to get my sexxxii on - all packed up...going to be funnn funnnn funnn!

Also -

if you all have any helpful "eating out" suggestions - and not to gain all my 2 pounds back tonight...please please help me out!!! I am so nervous about that - I have very low will power, you could say.

And I didn't even realize I still had my glasses on - they're new! ha. and stronger - you like? I like getting my Jeff Goldblum on - perfect for when I go to school...I look smart, right?

oh wait - I am smart!

haha.

I digress!!!

It's the weekend - I am exxxcited, no work or school! yay!!! I'm going to have to find something good to do outside and try and get some more of what I like to call fun-aerobics in...enjoy what looks to be one of the last nice, sunny, warm weekends of summer!

Open to fun in the sun suggestions too!

Can you tell I'm open? Open all the time! Like a 7Eleven - huh?

  • The chicken avacado wrap is good. Get salad as your side. Only eat half of what they bring you. :) also, weight watcher ice cream is delicious. Whenever I need a sweet desert I go for a 30 cal ice pop. Keep up the good work.

    the problem is - is I'm so damn pickii. but I do like wraps!!! well at least that's something...sooo nervous, so many temptations for sure!

    Do not weigh yourself every day. Weigh yourself once a week or once every two weeks. Your weight also fluctuates a lot during the day. Don't be discouraged. Just stop weighing yourself so much.

  • @kristylee57 okay as a certified nutritionist I see you have a weight problem as well so i will suggest the 100% successful stevo diet: STOP EATING SO DAMN MUCH!!!

  • @NcStevo Shut the fuck up dude. She is relearning her eating habits, and wanted to start by reducing her calorie consumption, and by getting physical activity. Everyone has to start somewhere. Not "eating so much" doesn't help. We have to RELEARN habits, develop new habits, and work hard to meet our goals.
