Do not weigh yourself every day. Weigh yourself once a week or once every two weeks. Your weight also fluctuates a lot during the day. Don't be discouraged. Just stop weighing yourself so much.

@NcStevo Shut the fuck up dude. She is relearning her eating habits, and wanted to start by reducing her calorie consumption, and by getting physical activity. Everyone has to start somewhere. Not "eating so much" doesn't help. We have to RELEARN habits, develop new habits, and work hard to meet our goals.
The chicken avacado wrap is good. Get salad as your side. Only eat half of what they bring you. :) also, weight watcher ice cream is delicious. Whenever I need a sweet desert I go for a 30 cal ice pop. Keep up the good work.

weight watcher food!!! I never even thought of that - yessss!!! great idea.
the problem is - is I'm so damn pickii. but I do like wraps!!! well at least that's something...sooo nervous, so many temptations for sure!
